Dear Moorpark RV Storage Tenants,

As you know, we tried to extend the permit for outdoor RV/boat storage use at our location but were unsuccessful.  Therefore, the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Outdoor Storage use expires on March 31, 2023. After March 31^st, 2023 you will not be allowed to store your RV or boat at this site.

The lot will officially close on this date and all RV’s and boats will need to be offsite on or before March 31, 2023. If your RV or boat is not moved off the lot it will be in violation of the City CUP for outdoor storage use and we will need to take steps necessary to remove the RV or boat, which will consist of liening the property and selling the liened vehicle if not recovered. So, please make sure you have plans to remove in advance of this date.

Also please note that all checks should be written to Alliant Moorpark Housing LLC. If you have your checks sent via auto bill-pay please update accordingly.
